Cannabis Email & SMS Marketing
Klaviyo, Alpine IQ, Sprout, and Happy Cabbage for cannabis operators. Lifecycle flows, segmentation, deliverability, and compliance across every carrier and state.
What's actually broken.
Mailchimp will delete your list. Carriers will block your SMS. Then the vendor blames you. We build on the stacks that actually work for cannabis — and keep them compliant.
The deliverables.
Platform migration
Off Mailchimp/Constant Contact and onto Alpine IQ, Sprout, or Klaviyo (hemp-only). Zero list loss.
Lifecycle flows
Welcome, browse-abandon, cart-abandon, winback, birthday, VIP, referral. Revenue-attributed end-to-end.
Segmentation
RFM, category affinity, store-level geo, strain preference. Not just "all customers."
Deliverability
SPF, DKIM, DMARC, carrier compliance, 10DLC registration, TCPA workflow. Inbox hit rate matters.
The 90-day path.
Audit & Migration
Current platform audit, list health check, platform selection, migration plan. If moving platforms, migration starts here.
Flow Architecture
Welcome, abandon, winback, and VIP flows designed, copywritten, and built. Deliverability infrastructure configured.
Segmentation & Launch
RFM segments built. First campaign sends. Flow triggers activated. Revenue attribution connected to POS.
Optimize & Scale
A/B test results in. Underperforming flows rebuilt. SMS layer added if not already live. Target: 25-30% of attributed revenue.
25-35% of your revenue should come from email and SMS. If you're below that, you're leaving money on the table.

Questions worth asking.
Why can't I just use Mailchimp?
Mailchimp's terms of service prohibit cannabis content. They will delete your account and your list without warning. We've migrated dozens of operators off Mailchimp after this happened.
Is SMS legal for cannabis?
Yes, with proper compliance: age verification, opt-in consent, 10DLC registration, TCPA compliance, and state-specific content restrictions. We handle all of it.
What revenue share should email/SMS drive?
For dispensaries, 25-35% of total revenue should come from email and SMS combined. If you're below 15%, you're leaving money on the table.
Do you write the emails too?
Yes. Strategy, copy, design, build, and optimization — all in-house.
